Two inboxes, one list of people
A question is typed, hiring forward deployed, and two messages from the same inbox appear stacked: one sent on X in March 2024 asking to be told when this reader was hiring, scored 58 and marked Archive; one sent by email twenty months later from a new employer, scored 44 and marked Archive. The two collapse into one card: Sofia Reyes, both dates now under her name, and her score rising to 91, marked Revive. A ranked list resolves beneath her: Priya Raman, a platform engineer who has never held the title, at 74, Reply now; Ines Kovač, a technical account manager, at 68, Reply now; and Daniel Osei at 28, Decline, because nothing in his message was written for this reader. The question then changes to which investors wrote, and the list is replaced by two people: Callum Pryce at 88, marked Revive, from fourteen months ago, and Marcus Adeyemi, a founder who angel-invests, at 71, Reply now.

Been reading your posts on the deploy pipeline. Running the scheduler in-process is the exact tradeoff we got wrong at a customer site, and it cost us a quarter. Ping me if you ever hire forward deployed. Only interested in remote, and I am not in a hurry.
